About Us

We are situated on the beautiful Fylde Coast in the lovely resort of Lytham in the North West of England.  We are part of England's famous "Golf Coast" which has 20 of the most acclaimed golf courses in the country.

Lytham Green Drive Golf Club had the
honour of being an Open qualifying
course in 1974, 1979 & 1988

Our club, founded in 1913, is an easy walking pleasant 'Parkland Course' with no strenuous hills, although buggies and pull trolleys are available for hire if needed. The course is ideal for all handicaps as it is particularly testing with rewards for the more venturous player but has allowances for shots by those of less ability.

Our Half-Way House is always stocked with a range of hot & cold refreshments and quick snacks to prepare you for the tougher back nine.

We are committed to the continued
development of our thriving junior section
and are accredited with the EGU Golf Mark... .

'Green Drive' has a reputation as probably the friendliest and most sociable golf club on the Fylde. This reputation is gained over many years by feedback from visitors and guests alike.
You can be assured that a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere awaits you before and after the perfect round of golf
